Our first coffee machine parts website was created in 2005 as a support website for new Italian coffee machines we were selling.  As an importer we needed to stock spare parts for the machines we were selling so that we could take care of our customers.

Selling a range of coffee machines gave us an unique opportunity to understand coffee machines, how to repair them, and how to offer the best support possible.  What started out as just a support website for our main business eventually has grown to become our core business.
